SHOPPING INFORMATION
Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Delivery is calculated based on Australia Posts costs. For Domestic shipping it is weight based under 1kg and size and weigh based over 1kg.
For International shipping it is weight based.
How long will delivery take?
For parcels within Australia they can take 2-7 days depending on the state you are in. We are based in Sydney and aim to process the parcels on the evening of the order placement, there may be delays in holiday or busier periods.
For International Parcels, shipping could be 7-20 days depending on your country, generally it is 7-11 days. It may be busier at different times of the year due to holidays etc.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
You will receive an email confirmation of the order you have placed with details of the products and pricing.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
You can add items to your wish list if you would like to know when they return to stock, or if you simply want to create a shopping list to purchase later.

We will work with you if you need to cancel your order, as long as the item has not yet shipped.
This will allow you to track the item once it has left us and is on its way to you! We ship using Australia Post so you can use the tracking number on the Australia Post tracking website for updates.
